     Walking among the wildflowers and animals on a small farm in western Nebraska a young girl formed a dream and in 1994, many years later, that dream became a reality. The reality is M&M's Natural JAZ, a business based on family values, integrity and a desire to help people discover choices for wellness.

     The M&M is, of course, Mike and Marcy and the JAZ is our kids, Jeremy, Alicia and Zachary with the JAZ+ now including two daughters-in-law, Carrie and Jess and three beautiful granddaughters, Allison, Kendra and Aleah.

     We specialize in providing products for a healthy lifestyle at an affordable price. For those with allergies, heart disease, diabetes, or other health concerns, we carry an excellent selection of herbs and supplements, along with a full line of alternative food products. We are launching our web site in hopes of providing information and products to empower people in making educated choices regarding health and well being.

     M&M's Natural JAZ is located at 617 Broadway, the north block of the main business district here in Imperial. The sandwich shop is at the very heart of our business and we offer a lunch menu including soups, salads, sandwiches and daily specials plus smoothies made with real fruit. The bakery includes special order breads, cakes, and cookies and other baked goods utilizing organic flours and natural ingredients. Everyday our customers are greeted with the delightful aroma of freshly baked goods to share over coffee or take out

     We started the business 12 years ago, in part due to Marcy's food allergies and health concerns and wanting to help others with similar dietary needs as well as the realization of that lifelong dream to create a business which benefits not only our family, but the community. Today we continue to offer our products and services in a relaxing, courteous atmosphere.
